I think it depends what goes on the shirt Without knowing his username/love of celtic he's going to spend a lot of time explaining his love of celtic and the references to it in his nickname so for me David bam bam Docherty, small but powerful Congrats Jack you win |

As I said to L6 yesterday. There are two things necessary for great nicknames:
1) They must be earned. Nothing worse than having a nickname that really doesn't describe the person.
2) They have to be natural.
The absolute best nicknames are the ones that come from real life, not ones that are voted on.
Example - I've called our boy both "Fishbag" and "El Rio" in the past.
Fishbag, resulted from me goofing off making a mock-instructional poker video on youtube, and refering to l6 as fishbag just for a laugh.
El Rio, he was sitting at a table with some of our resident argentinians/brazilians, and was having some fun with them typing in spanish. I can't remember the exact conversation, but at one point he just shouted out ELLLL RIOOOOOOO in the chat.
I've always tried to nickname the kids that I coach. Sadly, some kids just have no personality
You end up calling the left handed kid "Lefty."
But then you get absolute great ones from the kids when it comes naturally. I've got a little mexican kid we call "Chalupa." I bet half the team doesn't even know his real name the nickname sticks so well.
You can always tell which guys have forced a nickname when u watch it on TV too. John "Flush Flopper" Johnson. Will "Bad Beat" Williamson. -------------------------

after a long and thoughtfull 5 mins, i have decided to vote "BamBam", as it seems natural, once u have been slapped at the tables vote nr 2 would have been the sound of an axe, but i dont know how to spell it back to the bar
