could you tell me when the new version will be ready and will i need to delete this one till your problems have been fixed? i download on top off the outher

Quick question on the table option to tile the tables going to be improved so you don't need a magnifing glass to read them?

 Will the changes be implemented before we down load the official version

ie the Casino button not needed at the table can cause problems if in cash games and rebuy games to close to buy chips button

When the official version will be released all you will need to do is to download and install the official version from pacificpoker.com as we will not automatically upgrade this version to the official one.
You will not require uninstalling this version before installing the new one

This is a good question, we didn’t fix the window size in this version, to be honest there is a fine balance in which we try to put as many tables as we can on one screen while making them in playable size.
In Tile mode we just divide the screen to two (width wise) and make the tables as big as we can to appear side by side/ We test the tile on 17” and 19” screens and we believe they are readable enough.

The setting images are being downloaded after you install the software for the first time (to save initial download file size) therefore for the first minute or so the settings should be disabled until we download the images on the background (images such as additional table backgrounds, cards deck, etc…)
It seems that the background process does not work on your computer;
It might be firewall block; I can only advice maybe to download the version again; if it still does not work I can only apologies and ask you to download the official version from the site.

The reason for this statement to make sure you will download an official version from our site in the
near future; as I mentioned before – we will not upgrade this version automatically to the official version so we just want to be sure that after you play with this beta version for a while you will have a version we can support.

The casino button on the table opens the casino software but does not close the rebuy form but it is being opened on top of the buy-in screen.  Still, player find it very useful when they get a little board on a game.

When is the official version live

Once we fix all the current bugs and see that the version is mature enough to go live then it will.

I guess it’s a matter of a week or so.
Once we upload a new version we will let you know in this thread.

Actually, we are in the process of fixing the slider component therefore you should expect a new beta version link be posted in this thread hopefully today

time theres a new version,what has 

happened before,is that on the technical

So us poor peeps with 15" sceens on our laptops tough titties then, as I wear glasses to read with (getting old) and on this size screen it is not easy at all to read anything.

So question is :- are you every likely in the near future going to sort this so as it can be used by all players with all size screens?

question 2 Are you the person who deals with tech issuses and have you looked into the WSOD problem ?

you got there before me mate n1 but hey what wsod theres a new version now for no other reason than they want to and because all our servers/pcs/laptops are broke and 888s is fine silly me
