malc - the fresh start is a great idea. This is something I was considering when I first came in but decided to give it a bit of time so I do not come and remove this section - the intentions behind it might have come across wrong. I am thinking of creating a new section for each and start a blank page. I would of course migrate over any threads which are still relevant. Danny thank you very much for your offer - this is something I would gladly take you up on and will know more of what we can/want to do in the near future. Thanks!  Gaz - Management would not be able to come here as they would need to go through everything to find the few bits relevant to them. The idea is that I will be going through this and flagging anything relevant that needs to go to higher mangement. A guide with common tech issues guide which I can sticky is a great idea! Will look into this. Yuv has dropped in to help where he can which is highly appreciated but the problem was between the time a post would go up and the time he got a chance to see it people would get really frustrated (legitimately) as no one was responding
I'm also checking in on the whole fraud front Cryptic - I need to be realistic.. there are hundreds of threads with thousands of replies.. I couldn't possibly go through all of them and carry on the other forum tasks/progress. If I personally handled every single issue here (and on an urgent basis) I would not have time to do anything else. At the moment it's just me on this end so this would not be possible
I will make a decision in 2 weeks (waiting for some more info on my end) as to what we'll do with these sections.

all sounds very nice and for a change very positive which i have to say is a breath of fresh air and very much needed thanks Gil things really are moving onwards and upwards cool mate yeah
