In regards to the organizational changes - I completely agree.

- This platform is a bit out-dated.. the same goes for the back end ... don't think taht things become simpler and faster on my end.  To merge forums together means moving threads one by one and is very time consuming - there will be a major re-organization but need the tools to do so.  So this is definitely planned and will do so as soon as I either have the tools or more time on my hands.

- In regards to moderators/mentors/etc. - also a bit limited right now because of the change above, and the technical limitations.  Right now, I do not have the ability to give certain users specific permissions.  It's either all out admin, or regular user.  As you can imagine, I cannot give full admin rights to anyone for security/privacy reasons, so I have to wait until I have the tools to do this. 

I also want to give mentors much more room to actually mentor but I prefer to wait a little bit until this is better organized.  I prefer mentors can really shine/excel with the proper forum/organization than have to spend lots of time meticulously going through threads all over.

Regarding the size - points taken and completely agree! This is already on my requirements list for future updates

IKilledPhil - If I don't immediately reply to every feedback thread/comment this doesnt mean I don't read/note/handle it on my end..

Sounds like I've heard it all before, but I will refrain from any other comment as it will only be repeating what many others have said over the years.

No amount of pining for Aegis is going to get 888 to let him come riding back on his white charger to save the day, so just accept it

This forum is about it's members, no one person can be this forum, this forum is what we make it, and any moderator who dosen't believe that is killing themselves with self importance, accept it and move on, that's what the world does
