KK & JJ i agree with, AA i say all in. if you play a controlled enough game other players will take note and fold. You may only pick up the blinds but hey its better than a kick in the tenders |

"AA I say all in?" On line? NO WAY. You will get AA in only 2 circumstances online. When nobody has anything so you pick up the blinds, and when the guy calling you with 33 will catch his 3rd 3 to beat you with trips. the best player in the world can not beat a stacke |

My tip:
Don't Think People Are Bluffing All The Time.
Sometimes they are but usually they aren't so if you keep calling you're just throwing money away.
It can leave a bad taste to fold to a big bet when you suspect you are being had but unless you have a very good read that they are bluffing then it's best to just muck the cards...in NL anyway, limit probably different.
It's a big fault in my play that I have been working on....and I bet I'm not the only one with the problem.

Don't be over keen to get involved.  Watch & wait, the right hand to bet big with is not too far away..... If in doubt....FOLD. (or check, or raise?.....) |

I think patience and being in the right frame of mind help. I give up when i am tired as i make silly calls.....(as a few x girlfriends have experienced) and you have to be positive.... If you tell yourself you only ever get poor hands and when you hit a betting hand the flop destroys you... thats what you will get... also swearing at the screen is bad You have to enjoy the game, play within your limits and dont let the bad beats get you down... Be Positive |
