An official 888 acknowledgment of this thread & bug was the least I expected.

What exactly is the point of boards like 'Talk to 888' and 'Technical Support' etc if we dont get official 888 feedback and get it quickly.

Thanks YUV,

The part that I don't understand is why other poker sites such as stars and tilt seem to go off without a hitch at least when it comes to their software? I mean yes, they have problems from time to time but here it seems things are never running well.

Why can't the 888 development team get this poker platform up an running smoothly? We have been waiting patiently for years now.

PP was started when? Isn't it time to have a stable platform? Is it because of budget restrictions? Is it just not a priority?

I know the OOPIP is something relatively new but what about the dissconnects no protection etc.?

I know your probably not the man who can answer all of these questions but who is? Is there anyone out there who can just come by the forum and give us an idea of how much longer we are going to wait before we have a stable poker platform to play on?

Much Appreciated YUV,

Very true!

I havnt had any trouble on stars ever! I dont put alot of hours into that site but the software is streets ahead of 888.

So maybe before the engineers come up with new gadgets and whatnots they should try to get the ones they have now working properly!

Btw Yuv keep up the good work its fantastic to know that someone reads this with the clout to act upon suggestions.

Just a recap of last two months :

Pokerstars crashed during peak hour after launching their last big udpate. Had to pay 100K's $$ to players.

Pokerstars having a rebuy glitch (their new rematch feature allowed players to rematch even if they didn't have any money in the bankroll). Bad players made $100ks, good players lost money they didn't recover. etc.

FullTilt update comes up with no cards on the flop (I personally had to decide what I do on a final table with JJ, a bet infront of me and no flop ).

Fulltilt hand history not working after latest update.

Fulltilt pop-up logic stopped working and tables popped up randomally.

These are just from the top of my head. Both sites are of course, but when you try to upgrade your product, shit happens. Both sites had probably the worst couple of months i've ever witness there and i've been playing way before I started working here.

No excuses for our mistakes just as there are no excuses for their mistakes. But technical stuff happens all over the place, no matter how big or small.

-

Regarding the bug, I've set with the developers. Explained the flow of thigns (the scenario, as far as I understand, is that you move into the button seat mid-hand while there is a dead SB. the next hand is the problematic one).

They are checking the codes. I'm sure they will find and fix the problem.
