Yesterday i delete my windows and format my disk because i got some viruses.After that i download pacificpoker again but when i LOG IN they said that im typing wrong or incorect username or password.After 10 minutes "wrong" typing i open new account on my mothers name.Im sure that i dont type enything wrong.Someone help me?Should I countinue with mothers name or what? |

best to contact support and try get ur password and correct user name............feel the pain...

Hi m8 I'm pretty sure you wouldn't forget your username, so the problem must be your password, at the log in screen there is some text that says "forgot your password" click on that and enter your e mail address you signed up with and they will send it to you Did you check that you didn't have "caps lock" on while entering password? |

I tryed to do that after that he ask me security qwestion-my pets name.My pets name is [TEXT REMOVED BY GIL] i know that he said that im typing wrong and contact support.Always said that I typing wrong but, im 100% sure that i know my username and pasword.Acctualy i have wroten that in notebook. |

a small word of warning get in contact with support and sort it out if you win any money and wish to withdraw it using another account will cause major problems multi accounting etc so be carefull and sort it out yes and best of luck to you!!

also now ask to change ur security question as u have just told the whole 888 forum now all someone needs is your email which cant be to hard to find............feel the pain...

best thing to do is send an email to support, explain everything and 'wait' for a reply. phone calls are a waste of time for things like this. I suggest you forget opening a new account until you've communicated with support as this 'will' cause probs with fraud dept. as Dan said. and change your security question as caus3way said.  gl mate ............ |
