I am a very new forum member, so I have some questions about the Live Event idea...
1. Has Gil responded to the idea of Pacific Poker helping to cover costs and facilitate prizes for a live 5th anniversary event?
2. This event seems to be shaping up to be around March 17th in England, is that correct?
3. Is it possible for Pacific Poker to start putting on Forum Satellites to the Live event (once confirmed) so that interested forum members could win a package to get there?

1- there is a meeting next week to discuss budget 2- the dates have been set as 12th,13th,14th march 2010 3- I am working on something to achieve this, but until I have some idea of what is actually possible I am not prepared to answer this, I don't want to build peoples hopes up just to shoot them down again 4- and yes I have realised there isn't a 4 we are still working hard to get this idea pushed forward, I have contacted the others with some information, and no doubt they will be back in touch with me with their points and suggestions, at the moment we are all still fully committed to acheiving our goal, but with the introduction of a new boss, and the changes taking place, things have slowened down at the moment, we hope to have some announcements soon, but it seems silly for us to start asking questions and posting any more ideas at this moment in time with no idea of what is actually possible |
