Launch Night! The London Poker Circuit (LPC), the first licensed poker tournament series ever to be held in UK hotels was launched last night with the support of some of the biggest names in European poker. As guests, players and stars mingled together the atmosphere was distinctly down-to-earth amongst the star-studded stratosphere of Europe's elite.
Jokes and ancedotes abounded as the likes of Michael Greco, Tony Cascarino and John Tabatabai were amongst the luminaries who joined the throng enjoying the champagne at the 5-star Kensington Close Hotel in London. 
Amongst all the fun however a warm-up tournament was played, which was keenly contested.

Schedule Change The London Poker Circuit management have taken the decision to Merge Day 1A and 1B of the main event this week.
The new Day 1 will be held this coming Friday March 20th. This decision has been taken after listening to player feedback about the main event structure. We at the LPC are committed to providing players with the best value for money tournaments in London, and also to listening to what structure works best for the players themselves.
Everything else regarding the tournament will remain exactly as advertised at www.londonpokercircuit.co.uk.
In place of Day 1A we will run a £100 re-buy tournament starting at 8pm on Thursday 19th March. This is to accommodate the players who would like to play on Thursday. There will also be STT satellites to the main event starting at 6pm Thursday. Both games will be at the Kensington Close Hotel. Good luck to all attending!

Is the forum going to run any sats for seats to this event?? Would be nice to give it a try The 50-50-90 rule: Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong. |

Please remember that our second Festival will take place at the Kingsway Hall Hotel in Coven Garden between May the 4th and the 10th. You can already pre register with Alexa by emailing her you will only have to fill up a pre registration form in order to reserve your seat.
Inc do you have to pre register while trying to win through sat games in one on Sunday with 2 x $3000 packages or will we automaticaly be registered ? |

just thought you guys may like to know that the rebuy game today for small stakes is on at 16.30 uk time this game gets you into final game to win one of two 3000dollar packages to the game yesterdays rebuy had only 4 players i finished 2nd so looks attractive risk for 50dollar entry game good luck all |
